It can be interesting to see how the choice of camera affects the style of images produced. During a 3-week trip to Japan, I carried a small compact camera as well as my DSLR. It was useful to capture the more spontaneous and everyday sitautons that didn't require a formal approach. I have collected some of the images taken with the compact camera into a self-published book: Compact Japan.
